You've Done The Work

So why are you still cycling?

A free live workshop for therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who understand trauma, have done the work, and still find themselves returning to the same emotional pain and patterns.

This is not about trying harder.
It is not about learning more for the sake of it.
And it is not about managing symptoms more skilfully.

It is about understanding why the cycle continues and what may actually need to be reached for lasting resolution to begin.

You may already understand your patterns better than most people ever will.

You may have had therapy, training, insight, nervous system work, and moments of real movement.

And still, something in you keeps returning to the same place.

Not because you are failing.
Not because you are broken.
And not because healing is not possible for you.

Sometimes the problem is not that you have not been working.

It is that the work has not yet reached the layer your system is organised around.

That is what this workshop will help you begin to understand.

In this workshop, you’ll begin to see:

  • why recurring emotional pain can continue, even after years of therapy, insight, and nervous system work
  • why so much healing work brings relief, understanding, and temporary movement but not lasting resolution
  • what changes when we stop treating what is loud and begin meeting what is central
  • where you may be in the healing process right now
  • what may actually be keeping the cycle in place

This is not about giving you more information to think about later.

It is about helping you begin to locate yourself more clearly in what you are carrying because that is where the next real decision becomes possible.

By the end of this session, you’ll have:

  • a clearer understanding of why your healing may still feel stuck
  • relief from the belief that you are somehow getting it wrong
  • a more precise framework for understanding recurring pain and patterns
  • greater clarity about where you are in the process right now and what the real next step may need to be
  • a deeper sense that lasting healing is possible

Most healing spaces help people understand what is happening on the surface.

This workshop is different because it does not stop there.

Shauna will walk through the hierarchy of pain live, using real clinical insight, lived experience, and a trauma-informed framework that helps explain why skilled, sincere, highly self-aware practitioners can keep cycling when the work stays focused on what is visible rather than what is central.

This is why people so often leave these sessions saying:

“That is me.”

Because the goal is not simply to teach you something interesting.

It is to help you recognise yourself more accurately.

This workshop is for you

if:

  • you are a therapist, coach or helping professional committed to your own healing
  • you are tired of cycling through the same pain in different forms and are no longer satisfied with insight alone
  • you want a clearer and more structured way to understand what is really happening
  • you are open to the possibility that recurring pain may have an underlying structure
  • you want to move beyond coping and temporary relief toward something deeper and more lasting

This may not be for you if…

  • you are looking for a quick fix or surface-level self-help tools
  • you want more information without any willingness to reflect on your own process
  • you are only interested in symptom management
  • you are not open to the possibility that something deeper may be organising the cycle
  • you want a purely academic presentation without lived experience and clinical depth woven through it

Your Facilitator

Shauna Quigley

Shauna is a trauma-informed practitioner, TEDx speaker, PhD candidate, and founder of the InCorr Method.

Her work brings together lived experience, clinical practice, interoceptive science, and phenomenological inquiry to help people understand why so much healing work creates insight and temporary relief yet still leaves the same core pain and patterns in place.

She is known for putting language to experiences many helping professionals have felt but have never been able to name and for helping people see the deeper structure underneath recurring emotional pain.

This session is free and will be valuable in its own right. And for those who want ongoing support after the workshop, Shauna will share the next step at the end.
